What is the schedule for the event?

5:00pm – 5:30pm VIP Reception; 5:30pm – 6:45pm Craft cocktails, festive hors d’oeuvres & silent auction; 7:00pm – 9:30pm Black-tie dinner, program, & live auction; 9:30pm – midnight Late-night party & entertainment.

Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

We have an incredible system that will allow you to make all purchases directly from your phone. If you have any questions night of, we will have volunteers and staff circulating that will be able to assist.

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

When the silent auction is opened, you will receive a link to bid on items from your phone, and will continue to be able to bid from your phone until the auction is closed.

Can I make a  donation?

Absolutely, please visit our tickets and donation page to make a donation.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Absolutely, you will receive a tax receipt to your contact information on file after your donation is complete. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Discovery Ball team.
